Why are prices private?
Pricing and request tools are available only after a valid consultant code is entered.
What is the difference between an individual vial and a full box?
Individual vials are selected in quantities of one to nine per SKU and use the US-stock workflow. A full box contains ten vials and uses the supplier-stock workflow.
Does submitting a request create a paid order?
No. A request records the selection and estimated logistics for review. No payment is collected automatically.
Can every product be sent to every country?
No. Availability may depend on the product, destination, carrier, customs requirements and applicable restrictions.
Are catalogue items intended for personal use?
No. Catalogue items are presented for laboratory and research purposes and are not offered for human or veterinary use.
Are documents available for every item?
Documentation varies by product, batch and supplier. Only documents actually available for the relevant item should be relied upon.
